Message from the Executive Director
Rosemary Q. Steele

Thomasville Housing Authority (THA) has received several complaints regarding bullying of their child in the communities. THA has a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying or harassment. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children and/or guest.

Your lease states that you are "to conduct himself or herself and ensure other persons who are on the premises with his or her permission to conduct themselves in a manner which will not disturb their neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations".

Your failure to adhere to the requirements of your lease agreement may results in termination of your lease.

Reporting Changes in Income

Residents must report all changes "in person" regarding family composition, status, or income to the housing specialist within ten (10) calendar days of the occurrence. Failure to report within ten (10) calendar days may result in a retroactive rent charge. Calling by phone or sending emails is not permissible way to report changes.

Failure to report accurate information is also grounds for initiating eviction proceedings in accordance with THA's dwelling lease. If residents are charged retroactive twice during the tenure with the THA, lease will be subject to termination in adherence to the fraud.

THA would like to thank all residents that participated in the Vision Board - Afternoon Delight Event. It was quite insightful and meaningful to the participants.

Vision boards are more than just a fun craft project; they're powerful manifestation tools that help you channel your energy and focus on your goals. By creating a visual representation of your aspirations, you can stay motivated, inspired, and on track to achieving the life you've always imagined.
