- Water recipes that will keep you healthy and hydrated and taste great!
- Learn the signs of a heat stroke vs. heat exhaustion.
Come and make your own "Cooling" Pack that includes:
- Cooling sprays
- DIY re-useable cold compress
- DIY cooling towels and more!
