Public Notice is hereby given that the Thomasville Housing Authority (THA) will hold a Public Hearing regarding the DRAFT Revised Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plans to reflect HOTMA rules and the Agency Annual Plan for FY 2027

August 5, 2026 - September 19, 2026
All interested residents of the Thomasville Housing Authority, and the greater City of Thomasville community are invited to attend. All interested persons will be heard, and their comments and suggestions will be considered in preparing the final version of the Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plans 2027 Annual Plan.
A copy of the drafted Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plans and 2027 Annual Plan is available for review at the Thomasville Housing Authority Administrative Office at 201 James Avenue, Thomasville, NC during regular office hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
